What are your all-time favourite anime love story films?

Which romantic movie made hearts magically appear in front of your eyes? :PinkBaby-InLove: There are so many wonderful ones out there! I thought Fruits Basket was very romantic! Sailormoon has some sweet romantic scenes in it. I loved Koi Kaze too!

I found both Ai yori aoishi and pita ten touching, as was Ode to Kirihito in a different way. Ken Akamatsu's stories centre around romance but I think it is the commedy that really appeals to me the same goes for bits of shonan junai gumi. Kazuo Koike and Goseki Kojima worked togeather for many years and both path of the assassin and samurai executioner have strong romantic subplots- of a very human nature (Do they count? They were never animated to my knowlege). Satoshi Kon's Millenium actress has lots of unrequited love in it and it's a truly great film for it. I could probably go on an wax lyrical about all of them and more but I'll restrain.
